This study, which mostly focuses on nurses, aims to clarify the interactions between nurses and their organizations, which have an effect on nurses' commitment and assist them to grow their self-confidence and competence. 201 nurses employed by six Ghanaian hospitals provided the information.

The findings demonstrated that trust, fairness, and ethics all significantly and favorably impact nurses' perceptions of their own efficacy.

It was also shown that nurses' commitment served as a mediating factor in the association between their individual coping mechanisms and their degree of job self-efficacy.
