Qualifications for Justices, such as age, education, occupation, or citizenship of native birth, are not listed in the Constitution. Although a Justice need not have attended law school or be a practicing attorney, they have all received legal training.

- Qualifications and experiences for candidates for the Supreme court :

- However, the majority of justices typically start their terms in their 40s or 50s and are free to serve on the bench for as long as they like or until they are removed for bad conduct. Most of the President's nominees for the Supreme Court are his or her friends.

- Before being nominated, the vast majority of them went to law school, practiced as attorneys, or were judges. In fact, throughout the court's lengthy existence, the majority of the justices served in some capacity in the government before being confirmed.

What parts of life do you think should not be the business of government? Why?
kobusy [5.1K]

In my opinion the Government has to do just two thing: give security to people (police force) and an adequate legal system. All the other things can be done by the private sector and even the two things mentioned before can be done by private companies. I am not Keynesian. I don't believe in the government intervention. I believe that politicians have their own agenda and it is not helping people but to be elected.

Blababa [14]

Answer:

The answer is c): a self-fulfilling prophecy

Explanation :

The scenario most likely illustrates a self-fulfilling prophecy because, the prediction or expectation of Ms. Valentino had regarding Javier (i.e., Javier was going to be one of her struggling Latino students), actually came to pass, just the way she felt about it. Her feelings or beliefs were based on prior knowledge she had about Javier’s actions and attitude. Based on Ms. Valentino’s assessment of Javier, she had an expectation about him, and which came to pass—a self-fulfilling prophecy. Self-fulfilling prophecies come to pass, depending on the strength of certain situations that eventually lead to their occurrence.
