The length and the weight of the 12 pipe is found as 42 meters and 74.23 kg

What is referred as the unitary method?

 • "It is a method in which we obtain the value of a single unit by subtracting the results of multiple units and thus the value of multiple units by subtracting the value of a single unit."
 • We must first divide to discover the value of one thing, and then multiply to determine the significance of more or fewer things.

As, per the given question;

For, the seven pipes, the length is 24.5m.

7 pipes ---------> 24.5 m.

For the one pipe, use unitary method for solving;

Divide the equation by 7.

1 pipe -------->24.5/7 m.

For 12 pipes, multiply with 12 on both sides.

12 pipes --------> 24.5×12/7 m.

12 pipes ---------> 42 m.

Thus, the length of the 12 pipes is 42 meters.

Now, calculate the weight.

For, the seven pipes, the weight is 43.3 kg.

7 pipes ---------> 43.3 kg.

For the one pipe, use unitary method for solving;

Divide the equation by 7.

1 pipe -------->43.3 kg./7

For 12 pipes, multiply with 12 on both sides.

12 pipes --------> 43.3 kg×12/7

12 pipes ---------> 74.23

Thus, the weight of the 12 pipes is 74.23 kg.

On a coordinate plane, a curved line crosses the y-axis at (0, 1), crosses the x-axis at (.25, 0), turns at point (2, negative 3
Artyom0805 [142]

Answer:

All real numbers greater than or equal to -3

Step-by-step explanation:

we know that

The curved line could be a vertical parabola opening upwards with vertex at (2,-3)

The vertex is a minimum

The y-intercept is the point (0,1)

The x-intercepts are the points (0.25,0) and (3.75,0)

so

The domain is the interval -----> (-∞,∞)

All real numbers

The range is the interval ----> [-3,∞)

All real numbers greater than or equal to -3
