The phase's composition is as follows: 27

What is the alloy's composition?

Both have mass fractions of w a = w b = 0.5.

A-B alloy composition; C o = 57 wt% B - 43 wt% A

C b = 87 wt% B - 13 wt% A is the new phase composition.

Using the Lever rule, we can calculate the mole fraction (x i) or mass fraction (w i) of each phase of a binary equilibrium phase as follows:

W a = W b = 0.5

This provides us with;

0.5 = (C b - C o)/(C b - C a)

(87 - 57)/(87 - C a) = 0.5

30/0.5 = 87 - C a

60 = 87 - C a

C a = 87 - 60

C a = 27

write a skeletal equation for the following reaction: An aqueous solution of barium nitrate and an aqueous solution of sodium su
belka [17]

Answer: skeletal equation : Ba(NO_3)_2(aq)+Na_2SO_4(aq)\rightarrow NaNO_3(aq)+BaSO_4(s)

The products are sodium nitrate and barium sulphate.

balanced equation :  Ba(NO_3)_2(aq)+Na_2SO_4(aq)\rightarrow 2NaNO_3(aq)+BaSO_4(s)

Explanation:

A double displacement reaction is one in which exchange of ions take place. The salts which are soluble in water are designated by symbol (aq) and those which are insoluble in water and remain in solid form are represented by (s) after their chemical formulas.

The skeletal equation is:

Ba(NO_3)_2(aq)+Na_2SO_4(aq)\rightarrow NaNO_3(aq)+BaSO_4(s)

The balanced chemical equation is:

Ba(NO_3)_2(aq)+Na_2SO_4(aq)\rightarrow 2NaNO_3(aq)+BaSO_4(s)

According to the following electron structure, how many valence electrons do these fluorine atoms have? F= 1s12s22p5
ddd [48]
The highest sequence for this shell is the number 2, preceding both the s and p in the diagram. This means that the outermost shell is the second level shell. In this shell, there are 7 electrons, 2 in the 2s orbital and 5 in the 2p orbital.

As a side note (not sure if this is a typo), the electron structure for fluorine begins with a 1s2, not a 1s1.
