Answer: Broca's area

Explanation:

Broca's area is primarily responsible for producing speech. It controls motor functions involved with speech production. It is a region in the frontal lobe of the dominant hemisphere, usually the left, of the brain.

People who have damage to this area of the brain can understand words but struggle to put them together in speech. Tony clearly has no problem processing what is being said but because of the damage he can't put his thoughts to words.

Answer:

Broca's area

Explanation:

In neurology and medicine, Broca's area is the are of the brain that is associated with the ability to produce speech. This area is located in the left side of the brain and in the frontal lobe. The main function of this area is production of speech. Most of the time, when we hit our head and our speech is affected (without our muscles of our face being affected) it is likely that the problem lies in Broca's area.

In this example, Tony fell and the left side of his head hit some concrete steps. Now, he can understand what other people are saying to him but he has a hard time speaking, in other words, the production of speech is being affected. Therefore, it is most likely that Tony suffered damage to Broca's area

Akinbami LJ, Simon AE, Rossen LM. Changing Trends in Asthma Prevalence Among Children. Pediatrics. 2015;137(1). doi: 10.1542/ped
Crazy boy [7]

The non-Hispanic black-white discrepancy has plateaued in recent years, and this is mostly because the prevalence of asthma among non-Hispanic black children has stopped rising.

From 2001 to 2009, there was an overall rise in the prevalence of childhood asthma; this was followed by a plateau and a drop in 2013. From 2001 to 2013, multivariate logistic regression revealed no change in prevalence among non-Hispanic white, Puerto Rican, and children living in the Northeast and West; increasing prevalence among children aged 10 to 17 who are poor and reside in the South; increasing then plateauing prevalence among non-Hispanic black children aged 5 to 9, and increasing then decreasing prevalence among Mexican children aged 0 to 4 years. Black-white gaps between non-Hispanic races ceased widening, while Puerto Rican children continued to have the highest incidence.
