I know for sure c and e are correct, I'm pretty sure b is correct, making a incorrect, and after looking at Halley's orbit, I'd assume that it spends more time in the kuipler belt then it does the Oort cloud, making d incorrect. So, in summary; b, c, and e would be the correct answers.
