Hoy en día no existe la calidez en las relaciones. Todo es muy metódico. Sólo los números importan. No se toman en cuenta las circunstancias o el contexto, solo el resultado. Sin embargo, detrás de un simple resultado, número o razonamiento, hay detrás una serie de factores muy humanos y sensibles que afectan las decisiones de las personas. El éxito a como de lugar en los negocios, "el fin justifica los medio," ha deshumanizado a nuestra sociedad actual.
