Yes because different time periods are a big impact on political beliefs. For example people during the Great Depression are known to strongly identify as liberals. I believe that the differences have emerged due to growing up in different times with different leaders and different situations.
At the time, North and South Korea were just known as Korea, so it's neither of those two. I'd probably guess Hungary since it's closer to Germany than Greece is, but I'm not 100% sure.
