Assuming no cubes are hidden from view, the base view (as if you're looking from underneath the figure) would have a 2 x 2 square of cubes, plus one at the top. This means that your correct choice would be the one I've attached.

Answer:

Given Figure has set of Stacked cubes.

To Draw the Base Plan, lets see its right side, Left Side and Front side view.

Right side:

  • It has 3 cubes in base.
  • 2 cubes in 2nd layer clearly seen in figure and only 1 cube in 3rd layer.

Left Side:

  • It has 2 Cubes in base.
  • Both Cubes attached to 1st and 2nd cube of right side cubes.

Front Side:

  • It clearly shows base only has 2 rows of cubes.

Therefore, 1st Figure is correct Base Plan (or enclosed figure)

Note: Numbers in enclosed figure just shows the total no. of cubes in that stack.

What is the next number and why ? 1,3,11,35,99,_
Vladimir79 [104]

Answer: 241

Step-by-step explanation:

This is a simple problem when using Pascal's triangle. First you look at 1 - 3, what is the difference in these 2 numbers? Its 2, then you look at 3 and 11, the difference is 8, then 11 and 35, the difference is 24. If you keep doing this you get; 2 8 24 64 142. Next you find out how these numbers are different. In the end you keep doing this until you get to the triangles point or the differences converge.

                                          1 3 11 35 99 241

                                             2 8 24 64 142

                                                6 16 40 78

                                                     10 24 38

                                                          14 14

In the end we get 14 but there is no difference in the numbers so we cant go any farther. Hope this helps!

The ratio of the volume of two spheres if us 64:27. What is the ratio of the length of the radio of these two spheres
Marrrta [24]
We know that
[volume of the larger sphere]=[scale]³*[volume of smaller sphere]
scale=∛[volume of larger sphere/volume of smaller sphere]
scale=∛[64/27]-------> scale=4/3

the scale is equal to the ratio of the length of the radio of these two spheres
so
the answer is
4/3
