Well the US doesn't naturally have a lot of fossil fuels so we rely on other countries who do have fossil fuels. So if we aren't that friendly with Saudia Arabia (they have a bunch of oil) then they can hike up the prices or cut us off from their oil supply completely which would cripple the US severly. So with that being said, we NEED other countries, and the big question is when will they not NEED us. At any point in which they feel that they don't need us they can just cut us off, which would be bad.

Hope that helps :)

Answer:

The United States imports much of its petroleum from foreign countries who can set the price. This leaves the United States vulnerable to price spikes and artificial shortages as happened during the 1970's oil crisis.

sergey [27]

Answer:0.502kg

Explanation:

F4om the relation

Power x time = mass x latent heat of vapourization

P.t=ML

1260 * 15 *60 = M * 22.6 * 10^5

M= 1134000/(22.6 *10^5)

M=0.502kg=502g

Stolb23 [73]

Answer:

Explanation:

according to third equation of motion

2as=vf²-vi²

vf²=2as+vi²

vf=√2as+vi²

vf=√2as+vi

vf=√2*2*4+3

vf=√16+3

vf=4+3=7

so final velocity is 7 m/s
