How might a rancher view wind turbines/ wind energy?

Social Studies

I think that ranchers could have concerns over the effect of the wind turbines on their cattle, specifically, that the cattle would be scared by it.

Actually, studies are not conclusive whether wind turbines have a negative effect on the cattle, but they suggest that if yes, then not more than other structures.

Additionally, ranchers could benefit financially if they lease their ground for a wind turbine- which would mean that they could view it as a source of income.
