Answer:

Most glycogen is stored in the liver.

Explanation:

Glycogen is a polysaccharide made up of thousands of glucose units and, like all polysaccharides, has no sweetened taste. Thus, glycogen is a macromolecule that is chemically considered as a polymer formed by the association of glucose monomers.

The main concentrated glycogen storage organ is the liver, where this substance represents approximately 10% of its weight. Another place where we can find it is in the skeletal striated muscles, representing an important element of energy support. The amount of glycogen present in the muscles is very small (0.7% of their weight), however, due to the large amount of muscles, the stored glycogen value is higher than the amount stored in the liver.

Which diuretic remains effective when creatinine clearance drops below 25 ml/min?
OLga [1]
Loop Diuretics

These are diuretics that exerts effect on the loop of Henle.  They are primarily used in heart failure, hypertension and edema. In contrast with Thiazides, loop diuretics are more  effective in patients with abnormal kidney function. Loop diuretics inhibit the magnesium and calcium reabsorption in the thick ascending limb of Henle. Loop diuretics is highly protein bound. It has volume of distribution that is limited. This causes the diuretics to be secreted in the convuluted tubules  to exert its function.
