Mean is an average.

In order to find mean we must add up all the numbers and divide by how many numbers there are.

82 + 105 + 247 + 119 + 94 + 202

Adding them together and we get...

849.

We can see that we have 6 numbers.

849/6

849 divided by 6 is...

141.5

That is the mean.

Please leave a rating and a thanks.

for example, let's look at the first set

y+3x =5   or  y = -3x+ 5
and               y = -3x + 2
                    y =  m  + b

the slopes are equal, the y-intercepts differ
that means, they're just parallel lines, no solution

A motorboat maintained a constant speed of 28 miles per hour relative to the water in going 45 miles upstream and then returning
Sveta_85 [38]
The speed of the current is 7 miles per
hour.
Step-by-step explanation:
Let × represent speed of the current.
We have been given that a motorboat
maintained a constant speed of 11 miles per
hour relative to the water in going 18 miles
upstream and then returning.
The speed of motorboat while going
upstream would be 11
The speed of motorboat while going
downstream would be 11 + 2
