Espoused values are clearly stated values and norms chosen by an organization. Even though superiors may courage the standards they espouse will openly effect employee behavior, employees don’t always ‘walk the talk’ every so often being more motivated by enacted values. In addition, Organizational culture appears as three layers: (1) observable artifacts, (2) espoused values, and (3) basic assumptions. To each stage differs in relationships of external perceptibility and conflict to alteration and each stage effects additional stage.

The correct answer is letter "C": You are usually not in charge.

Explanation:

Wage-earners are the people who live mainly thanks to the salary they receive. Under this category fall low-range workers whose base income is their source of income. Hardly ever low-range employees are assigned major tasks since they are subordinates, so the success or failure of a project does not rely directly on them since they are not the ones in charge.

krek1111 [17]

Answer:

Cost of common stock for Whitewall is 16.00%

Explanation:

Ke = D1 / Price +g

D1 = Ke (Price + g)

D1 = $1.60 * (1+0.02)

D1 = $1.60 * (1.02)

D1 = $1.632

Ke = D1 / Price +g

We solve for Current dividend to derive the Cost of common stick

Ke = 1.632 / (11.66) + 2%

Ke =  1.632 / 11.66 + 0.02

Ke =  0.139966 + 0.02

Ke =  0.159966

Ke =  15.9966%

Ke =  16.00%

mamaluj [8]

Answer:

III. Cash inflows are recognized when they are received, and cash outflows are recognized when they are made

Explanation:

Accrual basis states that transactions should be recorded when they are entered into , irrespective of whether cash settlement (inflow/ outflow) take place or not .

So: Expenses are recognised when they are incurred, revenue is recognised when it is realised (earned). And cash inflow is recorded when cash is recieved, cash outflow is recorded when cash is paid.

Ex : 'Rent due but not paid' will still be recorded as liability expense 'Rent outstanding'. And cash transaction will be recorded when the cash settlement (payment) of the liability is done .
