I believe the answer is:primary deviance and secondary deviance.

Primary deviance refers to a situation when people committed a deviant action without being aware that their action is against society's standard/norm.

Secondary deviance on the other hand refers to a situation when people choose to do the deviant action despite knowing that their action is deemed as 'bad' by society around them.

Hearsay, though not usually admissible, is allowed in trial if it is deemed?
laila [671]

Unless a statute or rule specifically states otherwise, hearsay is not admissible as evidence in court. Therefore, even if a statement is truly hearsay, it might still be relevant to the case if an exception applies.

Hearsay can be defined as a statement made regarding the veracity of the claim and something outside of the court .

Hearsay testimony is typically not allowed in courtrooms. Hearsay cannot usually be used as the basis for a court decision.

Even when the trial is happening its (hearsay) not allowed

Belief that science has caused more problems
Lilit [14]
Science has caused more solutions than problems. We wouldn’t have vaccines or modern methods to stay healthy without science (just being one example). Those who believe science has done more harm than good I think just want to stay in a simpler time and not face progress.
