\lambda=4.28\ pm

Using formula of wavelength

\lambda=\dfrac{v}{f}

Put the value into the formula

\lambda=\dfrac{3\times10^{8}}{1.50\times10^{9}}

\lambda=0.2\ m

\lambda=20\ cm
