A healthy way to deal with conflict is to use reason and try to calmly and rationally assess and deal with the situation in order to reach a peaceful resolution that all parties involved are happy with. The other options would not be considered healthy ways to deal with conflict as they will either prolong the conflict, leave you unsatisfied or cause harm.
