Ms. A may have hypothyroidism as the body may not be producing enough amounts of the thyroid hormones T3 and T4. Ms. A is exhibiting common signs of the condition such as fatigue, hair loss, skin changes, temperature fluctuations, and lethargy. Maybe get her to do some blood tests to measure T3 and T4 levels.<span>
