Need to interpret the formula + 6 tells the y intercept 1/4 tell me the slope that means go up 6 points on the y-axis from there plot the slope up 1 and to the right 4 continue. I like to plot the slope in the reverse direction down 1 to the left 4 in doing this you will cross the y axis. Just a suggestion Hope this helps

So start at the origin. the slope is 1/4 so you would go up one unit and to the right 4 units and there's your next point. Keep doing this and connect the dots. But that's not it. there's a +6 at the end so move what you've drawn up 6 units.
