I think it just all exists at once, if it never is created or destroyed. It must have just appeared at the same time at some point. It doesn't exactly come from anywhere, but that's my opinion. There might be another scientific answer out there, but that's what i think. I hope this helps.

This can relate to the Law of Conservation of Matter, which is a principle that states that matter and energy cannot be created or destroyed. For example, if water evaporates, it is not destroyed, it just converted into gas. Matter is just there. Idk I'm complicated.

When you increase the number of measurements, the random errors tend to minimize, because errors in one direction cancel with errors in the opposed direction.
