The best plan when someone would want to improve there muscular strength would definitely be making a plan on what you're going to be eating so for example if you were wanting to increase muscle mass and strength I would recommend eggs, protein shakes, and some meats. After you make an eating plan make your workout days more based off of lifting so for example maybe you go to the gym four times a week then make two of those days lifting etc.

Make sure you eat healthy and exercise. Eating healthy gets you the nutrients you need to exercise and build strength. Having protein before and after helps give you more energy and build more muscle. Hiking improves your strength a lot because it is usually uphill and uses all leg muscles. I think it works out your core too. Going to the gym or doing planks, push-ups, and sit-ups can help build arm muscles and core muscles. Hope this helps! ;)

dedylja [7]

A researcher uses deduction to formulate a hypothesis and then forms a theory. It can be said that a theory is never proven when a theory holds only until some evidence comes forward to disapprove it.

In addition to explaining existing facts, a theory also enables scientists to forecast what observations they should expect to see if the theory is correct.

  • Scientific hypotheses can be tested.
  • A theory should be consistent with new data.
  • If not, the theory is changed or abandoned.

The most comprehensive explanations for how the world functions are currently found in accepted theories. They have undergone extensive testing, are backed by numerous lines of evidence, and have shown promise in developing explanations and revealing new study fields.

But science is always evolving, and even hypotheses can alter.
