new equation will be y - 3 = 2(x - 10)

we know that

1) Alejandra correctly wrote the equation

$y-3=\frac{1}{5} (x-10)$

in this equation

the slope is equal to

$m=\frac{1}{5}$

and passes through the point $(10,3)$

2) The teacher then changed the line so it had a slope of

$m=2$

and passes through the same point $(10,3)$

therefore

the equation of the new line is

$y-3=2(x-10)$

the answer is

$y-3=2(x-10)$
