With 6 people preparing bags, they would be able to prepare 6 bags every 2 minutes.

900/6 * 2 = the total minutes

Divide that answer by 60 to get the numbe of hours.

The answer is 5 hours.

Hope that helps.- UF aka Nadia

Answer:

5 hour will it take to prepare 900 bags of samples if Ashley and 5 of her friends do the work.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : Ashley recently opened a store that sells only natural ingredients. She wants to advertise her products by distributing bags of samples in her neighborhood. It takes one person 2 minutes to prepare one bag.

To find : How many hours will it take to prepare 900 bags of samples if Ashley and 5 of her friends do the work?

Solution :

Total number of people including Ashley are 6.

Number of bags to prepare is 900.

So, The number of bag per person is

\frac{900}{6}=150 bags per person.

Time taken by one person to prepare one bag is 2 minutes.

To prepare 150 bags time taken is 150\times 2=300

Converting minute into hours,

1 hour = 60 minutes

1 minute = \frac{1}{60} hour

300 minute = \frac{300}{60} hour

300 minute = 5 hour

Therefore, 5 hour will it take to prepare 900 bags of samples if Ashley and 5 of her friends do the work.

A 99% confidence interval for the sugar content (per 5 oz. serving) of a shipment of strawberries is 5.9 to 8.3 grams.
gavmur [86]

Answer:

Sample mean = 7.1

Margin of error = 0.465

Step-by-step explanation:

Formula for confidence interval is;

CI = x¯ ± zE

Where;

x¯ is sample mean

z is critical value at confidence level

E is margin of error.

z for 99% Cl is 2.58

We are told the CI is 5.9 to 8.3.

Thus;

5.9 = x¯ - 2.58E - - - - (1)

8.3 = x¯ + 2.58E - - - - (2)

Add both equations together to get;

14.2 = 2x¯

x¯ = 14.2/2

x¯ = 7.1

Put 7.1 for x¯ in eq 1 to get;

5.9 = 7.1 - 2.58E

7.1 - 5.9 = 2.58E

E = 1.2/2.58

E = 0.465

HELP!!
what is the value of w?
A.40
B.52.5
C.75
D.100
Inga [223]
The angles w and 80 are inscribed angles in the top left and bottom right corners respectively. They are opposite angles in this inscribed quadrilateral. Because they are opposite angles in the inscribed quadrilateral, they add to 180 degrees.

w+80 = 180
w+80-80 = 180-80
w = 100
