If it is Bill Clinton, his comprehensive health care reform that he proposed in 1993 was a failure.

The fourth alternative is correct (D).

The Bill Clinton Administration has increased the purchasing power of Americans, achieved the lowest unemployment rate in US history and left a very high trade surplus. It is a reformist government that has left an economic legacy for the country.

However, the government did not succeed in reforming the health system. In 1993 Clinton presented a broad proposal to update the laws in question, with increased state control that would reduce the freedom of private companies to act. His ideas faced opposition and lobbying by insurers, displeased Republicans and divided opinions among Democrats, resulting in one of the Clinton administration's biggest political defeats.

A sound _____ argument allows a person to draw a conclusion with certainty or that must be true if the premises are true.
Zolol [24]

A deductive argument is one that the arguer wants to be deductively valid, that really is, to provide a guarantee that the conclusion is correct if the premises are correct.

This principle may alternatively be put as follows: in a deductive argument, the premises are designed to give such strong evidence for the conclusion that, if the premises are true, the conclusion cannot be wrong. A valid (deductively) argument is one in which the premises successfully ensure the conclusion. If a valid argument has true premises, it is also said to be sound. All arguments are either valid or invalid, and either sound or unsound; there is no such thing as being partially valid.

Therefore, the answer is deductive argument.
