Answer:

The year in which the article or book was published or the year of the interview in which Patrick Doonan said those words must be added, so that the reader has a reference to look up the quotation in case that he wants more information.

Also, more information about the author can be added, although it is not necessary to follow the rules of quotations, it helps to justifiy the use of that specific quote.

If an argument has a false premise in it, the argument's conclusion can be
butalik [34]

Answer: False

Explanation:

The conclusion is wrong if the premise is wrong. A premise is a court or set of courts based on which a conclusion is formed, so this assumption must be correct. The premise is previously emphasized in a text, and its emphasis is stated at least twice. Finally, the author draws a conclusion based on these assumptions or assumptions.

Explain why congress needs to delegate rule-making authority to a specialized agency. what would happen if this did not occur
goldenfox [79]
It is important for the Congress to assign certain decision making powers to federal administrative agencies and recognize them the way that those of Congress are recognized. It's impossible for Congress to monitor all of the regulations by itself even though their members are fully informed and educated on those regulations, but special care instructions are required to get those regulations into the deep bounds of the country where regulating is needed. These agencies will not only check the regulation but also advice and if needed can be authorized to make necessary changes, so that the entire regulation is followed and a consistency has been sustained.

frez [133]
Federal Amendments are only made (in my opinion) if something terrible is going on often and/or if the government think it’s right to put out these laws for safety or for equality and fairness.
