5/7m=-55
1.) First of all they are multiplying so you do the opposite. In this case you divide 5/7 by both sides.
-55divided 5/7
Changes to
-55/1 x 7/5. See if you can cross cancel in this case you can. The -55 changes to a -11 and the 5 changes into a 1

Reminder: Remember when you divided by fractions you change the sign to a multiplication sign and then flip the next fraction over.

2.) After dividing you should get -77/1 or if you didn't cross cancel then you would get -385/5.

3.) If you get -385/5 then you would have to do 385 divided 5 and you would get -77.

4.) Checking your answer is 5/7•-77=-55.
5/7•-77 changes to 5/7•-77/1 and you can cross cancel it where the -77 changes to a -11 and 7 changes to a 1.

5.) You should get -55. If you didn't cross cancel then you would have gotten -385/77

6.) If got -385/77 then you would do -385 divided by 77. Your then should get -55.

7.) Look to see if the answer you got when you checked matches the answer in the problem. -55=-55

8.) Your answer is -77

 Ill Mark Brainliest if you answer correctly. The figure below shows a shaded circular region inside a larger circle:
pogonyaev

First we have to find the areas of both circle using the formula

Area = \pi r^2

For larger circle,

Area=  \pi(5)^2 = 25 \pi

For smaller circle,

Area = \pi (4)^2 = 16 \pi

Required probability

= \frac{25 \pi -16 \pi}{25 \pi} *100 = \frac{9}{25}*100 = 36%

Correct option is the second option .
