1. to find length of cube using volume: cubic root of volume so ∛3375 = 15 ft

  check 15^3 = 3375

2. volume of cube = L^3 = 18^3 = 5,832 m^3

3. volume = 2 x 2 x 2 = 8cm

1cm = 10 mm

8 x 10 = 80 mm^3

Hello there,

1st attachment:

So in order to find this answer. We need to know that in a CUBE there is L*W*H. Your answer would be A.) 1125 because when we do 1125 3 times (L*W*H). . . It give's us 3375.

2nd attachment:

Your answer would be D.) 5,832m³.

My reason I say this is because when you do 18 square root to 3. It will give you 5,832m³

3rd attachment:

Your correct answer would be 80mm³. So this is what I did. C wouldn't be the wrong answer because that answer is in "inches" and we want to find the answer in "mm³" So when we do 2*2*2. We get 8cm. We need to find the answer in "mm³" "8cm" converted in "mm³" would equal 80mm³.

Hope this helps.

Sole the equation

-5.5x + 0.56= -1.64
melamori03 [73]
-5.5x + 0.56= -1.64

-5.5x=-1.64-0.56

      Subtract \ 0.56 \ from \ both \ sides

-5.5x=-2.2

\dfrac{-5.5x}{-5.5} = \dfrac{-2.2}{-5.5} Divide \ both \ sides \ by \ -5.5

Assuming this is supposed to be 12x^2+4x, you would pull out what you can to get 4x(3x+1)

PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ! my friend needs help so please fully explain your reasoning :)
arlik [135]

Answer:

Reflect in the line y = -1 then translate 10 units to the right.

Step-by-step explanation:

Lets see what happens to the point A:

Its starts at (-8, 8) and ends up at A' (2, -10).

If we reflect in the x axis A goes to (-8,-8).

Now translate 10 units to the right moves it to (2, -8.)

And a second translation of 2 units down takes it to (2, -10).

Oh, another way would be to reflect in the line y = -1 then translate 10 units to the right. That's only 2 transformations.

Chantelle takes out a loan of $3,500 with an APR of 4.25%. She will repay the loan in monthly payments for 6 months. To find the
givi [52]

Answer:

P = 3,500   r = 0.0425    n = 12    t = 0.5

Step-by-step explanation:

P is the principal amount, which in this case is $3,500, or the start amount.

r is the interest rate, which is 4.25%. Change 4.5% to decimal form and it will be 0.0425.

n is the number of times the loan is repaid, or 12.

t is the time. In this case, the loan will be for 6 months, or half a year. Remember that variable t is always in term of years. In decimal form, half a year is 0.5.
