That statement is true.
One of the most common problems that happen in  classroom is the failure of homeroom teachers to arouse students' interest for listening.
After hitting a certain thresold, it will be a lot harder for the teacher to bounce back the interest level of  the students.

Reflection: The Black Death Today?
Lostsunrise [7]
A health crisis similar to the Black Death could happen, as seen with ebola and the Zika virus. The Black Plague was spread through so thoroughly through highly populated trade routes after the rats brought plague infected fleas on ships. These days, we have even more means of efficient travel including flights across the world, which allows an easy spread of disease across large areas. There are two likely ways such a widespread disease could occur: through unvaccinated kids, or spreading from areas with little sanitation. The ¨anti-vax¨ movement could easily create a problem in that unvaccinated children will catch preventable diseases, such as polio or the measles, and spread them to younger kids unable to get vaccinations, or to children who also don´t take their vaccines. Also, areas with little sanitation are breeding grounds for diseases, and if anyone leaves that area, say through a flight, they can spread it to a different continent and start an epidemic.

Serga [27]
Please if this is for school don't use my exact words change them a little. Use a thesaurus. Other than that I give the right for you to use this. Just don't want you to get in trouble.

The Civil War was a fight against America itself. Yes it was a war against ourselves. The north and south disagreed on several different things. The north wanted to stay together and the south wanted freedom from the north. In the personal opinions of southern people we believe that we fought harder, we cared more, and we should've won. Even though the loss was unfortunate some of us still have our southern pride and wish we had won to this day.

Hope this helps.
