The Civil War was a fight against America itself. Yes it was a war against ourselves. The north and south disagreed on several different things. The north wanted to stay together and the south wanted freedom from the north. In the personal opinions of southern people we believe that we fought harder, we cared more, and we should've won. Even though the loss was unfortunate some of us still have our southern pride and wish we had won to this day.

Hope this helps.

Transfer evidence can include all of the following except
marysya [2.9K]

Answer: a) the victim’s own blood gushing from a wound

Explanation: Transfer Evidence includes any substance that is transferred from the victim onto the attacker/assailant or from the assailant to the victim, or the crime scene.

Examples are DNA, hair or bodily fluids. Here, hair transferred to a hairbrush found at the scene, the blood of the victim on a suspect and a footprint at the crime scene are all Transfer evidence. The key feature of a transfer evidence is the ability of the material to connect a suspect to the crime scene or the victim. However, the victim’s own blood gushing from a wound does not connect anything to the assailant.

The nursing faculty is lecturing on unintentional and intentional torts. The faculty asks a nursing student to provide an exampl
Dovator [93]

Answer:

A nurse gives a medication and client has an adverse reaction.

Explanation:

Hi! The answer to your question would be an example such as when a nurse gives a medication and client has an adverse reaction.

This is because unintentional tort refer to when the person did not intend harm, but harm occurred anyway. In this particular case, the nurse was not looking to harm the patient by givign him a certain medication, but accidents occur and the patient turned out being harmed. Since this wasn't done on purpose, this would be an unintentional tort.

***I had to look up the options somewhere else so don't forget to include the options next time.

How is unity strength and a binding force?
Sever21 [200]

Unity and strength are a binding force because they keep a group of people together and help them work together based on their collective and individual strengths, which helps to reduce individual weaknesses.

Unity can be defined as the concept of being together and single minded about achieving a particular goal.

This is a very important factor to have especially in a group and mix that with strength and they are stronger and more difficult to defeat. This would help them achieve their goals faster.
