The correct answer is B. Are able to operate in every country that is part of the group

Explanation:

An International Governmental Organization also called IGO is an organization or entity created by the governments or intergovernmental entities of two or more countries that aims at one common purpose which is usually related to some kind of help or support between the countries participating. Because of this International Government Organizations can focus on social, political or even security issues, which implies all the countries involved need to guarantee support to the member countries.

Moreover, these type of organizations are established through a treaty in which all the members accept to support the common purpose and participate in the same way. Examples of this type of organizations include the NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) which is an alliance for security or the UN (European Union) which is an alliance that deals with economic issues. From this information, it can be concluded International Governmental Organizations "are able to operate in every country that is part of the group" as the member countries agree to help and support those that are part of the group and therefore the organization should be able to operate in all the member counties if necessary.

International governmental organizations :

are able to operate in every country that is part of the group

IGO's have a global scope-The members of an international organization usually state, but today non-state actors also tend to be considered in membership. Some International governmental organizations set a global agenda and can limit the power of the member states (For example the European Union is seen as a classic example of this, where state power is limited and the regulations tend to be applied among all members of the EU). Another major example is the United Nations, especially the Council of Security that has a wide array of topics in regard to military intervention and peacebuilding.

Other representative examples with a wide range of action are:

International Criminal Court

International Monetary Fund

World Bank Group-  World Trade Organization

Under the Articles of Confederation, the National Government could NOT:
hodyreva [135]

Answer:

All The Above

Explanation:

Articles of confederation initially made to create a form of government that give the power to the local rather than central government. At that time, we just got our freedom from the British Empire and the founding fathers swore to create a government that does not give power to small groups of nobles such as the monarchy.

So huge responsibilities such as Taxing  citizens and Regulate trade was given to the states rather than the national government.

'Require states to contribute money to the national government ' ,and could 'not Pass a law unless nine of the 13 states agreed' also made as a form of protection to the states. This rule was created to make sure that the national government could not coerce the states to conform to their will.
