If a proteins shape was changed it may be able to do its function to do being unable to fit in all blood vessels/arteries and the shape change may of hindered its capability of carrying nutrients it needs to transport, etc.

for example:

If a hemoglobin (red blood cell) shape changed, (this is normally called sickle cell) the red blood cell would be to unable to travel through the body with ease and easily clog bloodstreams. Also, the hemoglobin will not be able to transport as much oxygen throughout the body.

Describe some myths about strength and explain why they are incorrect.
Tems11 [23]

Explanation:

Strength Training is one of the methods of training in which resistance techniques are used to build muscle contractions, which would make the muscles in the body and produces strength for it.

Weight Training is normally associated with the strength training.

There are several myths associated with the strength training which are not actually true. Some of these are as follows:

One can only get strength by lifting heavy weights. This is not correct. Strength can be gained by using small weights as well by doing the resistance training with the weights.

Women think that they will look manly if they do this training. This is absolutely wrong. Doing strength training will tone their bodies, eliminate fats and make muscles by converting their lose body fat into firm tight body muscle.

It is thought that lifting more is not necessarily better. So if a person makes stamina and can lift more weights, he can have more muscle endurance.
