Ok so if the half of the perimeter is 6. 6×2=12...
There are three sides so 12/3 =4.......4m is the length of each side.
If we draw a line straight down the top of the triangle down to the middle of the base.....this line would be the height of the eq. triangle. This gives us a right triangle where a is unknown, b =2, and c=4
a^2+b^2=c^2
a^2+4=16
a=2×sqrt3
a is the height of the eq.

The area of the eq = 1/2× base × height

A=(1/2)×4×2sqrt3
A=6.93

So 7m^2 is the answer
