What is the value of C?
14 = -2C - 6 – 3C

icang [17]

Answer:

C = -4

Step-by-step explanation:

First, combine like terms (terms with the same amount of variables):

14 = -2C - 3C - 6

14 = (-2C - 3C) - 6

14 = (-5C) - 6

Isolate the variable, C. Note the equal sign, what you do to one side, you do to the other. Do the opposite of PEMDAS. PEMDAS is the order of operation, and equals:

Parenthesis

Exponents & Roots

Multiplication

Division

Addition

Subtraction.

First, add 6 to both sides:

14 (+6) = -5C - 6 (+6)

14 + 6 = -5C

-5C = 20

Next, divide -5 from both sides:

(-5C)/-5 = (20)/-5

C = 20/-5

C = -4

-4 is your value for C.

Organize the following polynomial expressions from least to greatest based on their degree: (2 points) I. x + 2xyz II. 3x + y +
sergejj [24]
1) x + 2xyz
2) 3x + y + z
3) 2x³y + y²x - 3x + 4
4) 9x³yz

Least to greatest: 2 , 1, 4, 3,

Let us assume that x = 3; y = 2; z = 1 and we disregard the coefficients
1) x + 2xyz ⇒ 3 + (3)(2)(1) = 9
2) 3x + y + z ⇒ 3 + 2 + 1 = 6
3) 2x³y + y²x - 3x + 4 ⇒ (3³)(2) + (2²)(3) - 3 = 63
4) 9x³yz ⇒ (3³)(2)(1) = 54

Least to greatest ; 2) 6 ; 1) 9 ; 4) 54 ; 3) 63.

We disregarded the coefficients because the expressions are organized based mainly on their degree.

Ok this is simple. first, lets look at the 123 angle, so the entire line is 180. subtract 123 from 180 and you have 57. a triangle will always add up to 180 degress aswell. so add 58 and 57 and thats 115. so since a triangle will always add up to 180, subtract 115 from 180 and you have the missing angle:

65!
