So the base is X cm, one side is X+4 cm and the last side is X+3 cm. We know that all those sides combined need to be at least 29cm. This gives us 3X + 7 > 29cm. If we solve this, we get 3X > 22cm which means X > 22/3 which means X is bigger than 7 1/3 cm

Find the value of the derivative (if it exists) at the indicated extremum. (If an answer does not exist, enter DNE.)
Liono4ka [1.6K]

Answer:

The answer is "0".

Step-by-step explanation:

Please find the correct question in the attached file.

Given value:

\to f(x) =\frac{x^2}{x^2+5}\\\\

Formula:

\bold{\frac{d}{dx} \frac{u}{v} = \frac{ v \frac{du}{dx} - u \frac{dv}{dx}}{v^2}}

\to f'(x) =\frac{(x^2+5) 2x -2x^3 (2x)}{(x^2+5)^2}\\\\\to f'(0) =\frac{(0^2+5)2(0) -4(0)^4}{(0^2+5)^2}\\\\\to f'(0) =\frac{(0)(5) -2(0)}{(5)^2}\\\\\to f'(0) =\frac{0 - 0}{(5)^2}\\\\\to f'(0) =\frac{0}{25}\\\\\to f'(0) = 0

Please simplify the following equation and show how:<br> (2x+2)^3
Natasha_Volkova [10]
<span> </span>

You can use (a+b)2 = a2+2ab+b2.
(2x - 3)2 = (2x)2 + 2(2x)(-3) + (-3)2 = 4x2 - 12x + 9

Or you can use FOIL.

(2x - 3)2 = (2x - 3)(2x - 3) = (2x)2 + (2x)(-3) + (-3)(2x) + (-3)2 = 4x2 - 12x + 9

hope I could be helpful
