A² + b² = c².
Make a triangle with the points on a grid.
One leg is 7 units and the other is 1 unit.
7² is 49 and 1² is 1.
49 + 1 = 50
√50 ≈ 7.071.
Hope this helps!

 The area of a circle is less than 1 dm². Find the radius of the circle. The area of a circle is less than 1 dm². Find the rad

\bf \textit{area of a circle}\\\\
A=\pi r^2\qquad
\begin{cases}
\textit{let's say the Area is 1 exactly}\\
A=1
\end{cases}\implies 1=\pi r^2
\\\\\\
\cfrac{1}{\sqrt{\pi }}=r

if you drop the radius to less than that, then the Area will also drop to less than 1 unit, in this case it happens to be a decimeter

Determine whether the following probability experiment represents a binomial experiment and explain the reason for your answer.
allochka39001 [22]

Answer:

No. See explanation below.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since the cards are being selected <u>without replacement,</u> every time we select a card, <u>the probability varies</u> (since there is one less card) and therefore, the probability doesn't remain the same for every trial and therefore, the probability of success changes for every trial.

It is because of this that this probability experiment doesn't represent a binomial experiment.
