Omitting a signature on a medical record is against the law (considering you NEED, consent and or orders to be able to do something). Prescribing medications correctly, is actually doing something right. And if you have seen some doctors handwriting, their handwriting is far from legible, that doesn't mean that treatment was inadequate.

Explanation:
I think that everyone feels drained and tired after bunch of obligations.
Someone has school, someone is a full-time mom, some has a work or two.
In order to feel better, do something nice for yourself.
It will motivate and boost you for your further accomplishments.
Go for a run, play some music you love, watch some motivational videos. If you're dealing with any problems, try talking to someone you trust, it will make you feel loved and worthy.
Try taking a nap after you come home, for 45 minutes or less, maximum an hour.
Have a nice bath and a balanced meal, and start with your homework.
Have a nice cup of coffee, but at a reasonable time, as it will wake you up a little bit, but not too much, because you will need your eight hours of sleep.
Hope this helps.
