Answer:

A civilization is a complicated society described by urban growth, social stratification forced by a cultural cream, typical systems of communication. Individuals views that in order for something to be civilized, a state must be concerned with the ability of state administration as it helps the societies to be civilized.

Because civilization requires rules, basically. Rules are made by an entity higher than ourself, so first there were cities, and then those cities unite together in a state. The state is the entity who has the authority to set rules in order to mantain order and peace in the territories under its authority. So, civilization equate state control because without state control we don't have a civilization.

Which statement best completes the diagram? The Arab Spring spreads in northern Africa and the Middle East. ?
storchak [24]

Answer:

B. New democratic governments are established.

Explanation:

The Arab Spring was a period in the early 2010s, that consisted in a series of mass protests and civil unrest in several countries of the MENA region: Middle East and North Africa.

The protests had in common the demand for more democratic forms of governments, the reform or removal of existing authoritarian governments, and changes in social and economic policy.

In a few countries, the Arab spring led to the establishment of new democratic governments, for example, in Tunisia, the country the protests first started. In other countries however, the protests did not lead to positive results, the most extreme cases being Syria and Libya, where civil wars were sparked during the movement.
