Answer:

3, 2, 1, 6

Explanation:

The unbalanced combustion reaction is shown below as:-

Cu(OH)_2+H_3PO_4\rightarrow Cu_3(PO_4)_2+H_2O

On the left hand side,

There are 1 copper atom and 1 phosphorus atom

On the right hand side,

There are 3 copper atoms and 2 phosphorus atoms

Thus,

Left side, Cu(OH)_2 must be multiplied by 3 and H_3PO_4 by 2 so to balance copper phosphorus atoms.

3Cu(OH)_2+2H_3PO_4\rightarrow Cu_3(PO_4)_2+H_2O

Left side, 12 H, so H_2O must be multiplied by 6.

Thus, the balanced reaction is:-

3Cu(OH)_2+2H_3PO_4\rightarrow Cu_3(PO_4)_2+6H_2O

For the reaction below, the enthalpy change is ΔH = –566 kJ/mol. Increasing the temperature of the system will cause which of th
Lapatulllka [165]

Answer:

The partial pressure of CO₂ will decrease.

Explanation:

The reaction:

2CO (g) + O₂ (g) ⇄ 2CO₂ (g) has a ΔH = –566 kJ/mol. As ΔH<0, the reaction is exothermic.

Le Chatelier's principle says that if a system in chemical equilibrium is subjected to a disturbance it tends to change in a way that opposes this disturbance.

In this case, with increasing of the temperature, the system will produce less heat, doing the equilibrium shifts to the left.

Thus, the partial pressure of both CO and O₂ will increase. And partial pressure of CO₂ will decrease.

I hope it helps!

What would be the charge on an ion whose neutral atom has an electron configuration of 2.8.7?
kompoz [17]

Answer:

–1

Explanation:

The electronic configuration of the neutral atom is given below:

2 8 7

From the electronic configuration of the neutral atom, we can see that the atom has 7 electrons in it's outermost shell. This implies that the element needs 1 more electron to complete it's octet configuration.

Therefore the charge on the ion of the element will be –1 indicating that the atom has received 1 electron to complete it's octet configuration.
