Prokaryotes and eukaryotes both have a plasma membrane, mitochondria, golgi apparatus, and endoplasmic reticulum in common. But, prokaryotes have cell walls, chloroplast, and larger vacuoles because they are plant cells and animals don't need chloroplast since they don't undergo photosynthesis and don't need to hold as much water in their vacuoles.

Excess nitrogen can cause over-stimulation of growth of aquatic plants and algae. Excessive growth of these organisms, in turn, can clog water intakes, use up dissolved oxygen as they decompose, and block light to deeper waters. Threatened means they are lowering in numbers and nearing to be endangered. 

Endangered means they are dangerously close to being extinct

Extinct means there is none of them left in the wild.
