My best answer so far is ICD-10 contains 2 different code sets. They are International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision: Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) and International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision: Procedure Coding System (ICD-10-PCS). The PCS codes are not required for outpatient settings
