         Power  =  (energy)  /  (time)

BUT ... it has to be joules and seconds.

       (15 minutes) x (60 sec/min) = 900 seconds

             Power  =  (energy)  /  (time)

                       =  (16,000 J)  /  (900 seconds)

                       =     (16,000 / 900)        joule/sec

                       =     (17 and 7/9) watts.

That's not much for a 'heater'.

A typical SMALL heater pours out like 1200 watts or 1500 watts.

A company that sells heaters that only put out 17 watts
won't be able to sell many of them, because they're
pretty useless as heaters.

Maybe they could be used as aquarium heaters, or as
hamster-cage heaters.

__________ is an example of a directional research hypothesis.
AVprozaik [17]

Answer:

Directional hypothesis is an example of a directional research hypothesis.

Explanation:

Directional hypothesis: A directional (or one tailed hypothesis) states which way you think the results are going to go, for example in an experimental study we might say…”Participants who have been deprived of sleep for 24 hours will have more cold symptoms in the following week after exposure to a virus than

Contrast the force of gravity between these pairs of objects a 1 kg mass and a 2 kg mass that are 1 m apart and two 2 kg masses
Yuki888 [10]

Solution

Force between pair of objects of masses 1kg and 2kg that are 1m apart is given as

F=G\times \frac{1\times 2}{1^2}

here G is gravitational constant

G=6.674\times10^{-11}Nm^2kg^{-2}

therefore,

F=6.674\times10^{-11}Nm^2kg^{-2}\times 2

F=13.348\times10^{-11}Nm^2kg^{-2}

similarly Force between pair of objects of masses 2kg each that are 1m apart is given as

F'=G\times \frac{2\times 2}{1^2}

F'=6.674\times10^{-11}Nm^2kg^{-2}\times 4

F'=2\times 13.348\times10^{-11}Nm^2kg^{-2}

or F'=2F

it means  Force between pair of objects of masses 2kg each that are 1m apart is equal to twice the Force between pair of objects of masses 1kg and 2kg that are 1m

kondor19780726 [428]
The kinetic energy of the tomato is :

K.E =  1/2 mv^2

K.E = 1/2 x 0.18 kg x 11 m/S^2

K.E = 0.99

Hope this helps
