One must eat lots of healthy foods to remain healthy. If you want to stay healthy, you should eat fruits and vegetables, drink water, exercise, get a healthy amount of sleep, avoid eating "empty calories" and lots of carbohydrates, and exercise your brain as well. I am concerned for friends who are junk food addicts because they are not getting the right amount of vitamins and nutrients that they get from fruits and vegetables.
