These plans are useful for the business organisations for avoiding huge losses. They are also framed by governments when anything happens to be undesirable.

In the example given,an opposing group threatens in the disruption of the demonstration at the State capitol building. In this situation the best idea that can be followed by the organisation is the developing of the contingency plans for the purpose of addressing the violet situations.
