Georgia lived its worst recorded drought in 1930 and 1931, this came along with the Great Drepression, many farmers had to migrate to other states iun search for jobs or a land to cultivate. It also created dust storms, because since there were no crops due to the drought stron winds created dust storms, schools were even canceled because of dust storms.
