Answer : All the statements are true.

Explanation :

Viscosity : It measures the resistance of a liquid to flow is known as the viscosity.

There are many factors affects the viscosity which are temperature, pressure, molecular weight and inter-molecular forces.

  • Viscosity and Temperature :

There is an inverse relationship between the viscosity and the temperature. As the temperature decreases, viscosity increases and the temperature increases, viscosity decrease.

  • Viscosity and Pressure :

There is a direct relationship between the viscosity and the pressure. As the pressure decreases, viscosity decreases and the pressure increases, viscosity increases.

  • Viscosity and Molecular weight :

There is a direct relationship between the viscosity and the molecular weight. As the molecular weight decreases, viscosity decreases and the molecular weight increases, viscosity increases.

  • Viscosity and Inter-molecular force :

There is a direct relationship between the viscosity and the inter-molecular force. As the inter-molecular force decreases, viscosity decreases and the inter-molecular force increases, viscosity increases.

Hence, all the statements are true.

How is structure linked to function? <br><br><br><br><br> please no upload files.
Gemiola [76]

Answer:In biology, a key idea is that structure determines function. In other words, the way something is arranged enables it to play its role, fulfill its job, within an organism. Structure-function relationships arise through the process of natural selection.

What is needed for work to be done?
Shalnov [3]

Answer: A force must cause an object to move along the same direction as the force.

Explanation:

Work is defined as displacement in the position of an object due to action of force. Mathematically the work done is a product of force and displacement of an object. The direction of the force applied and direction in which object is displaced is always same.

Work=Force\times Displacement

When work is done,a force must cause an object to move along the same direction as the force.

Using the following diagram, determine which of the statements below is true:
IgorLugansk [536]

This question is making an appeal to your logic.

Definitions

The hump between A + B and C + D is the activation energy.

The forward activation energy is going from a low of 40 up to a high of 100.

The backward activation energy is going from a low of 20 and a high of 100.

Answer A

Look at the curve. which is higher, 40 or 20? You pick the one that is higher? A must be true.

Answer B

If A is true, B cannot be.

Answer C

C can't be true. Again the diagram holds the answer. The hump starts higher on the side of A+B. It takes less energy to get over the hump on the A+B side than the C + D side.

Answer D

The activation energies are not the same.
