Communication involves both verbal and non-verbal messages.

Further Explanation:

Communication is just the act of transferring the information from a place, person or group to another. It requires presence of three basic things:

1. A sender: They encodes the message .

2. A message: Can be in the form of mixture of words and non-verbal communication.

3. A recipient: Decodes the message. There can be more than recipient during the communication.

The message transfer may be influenced by a variety of things like emotions, the type of medium, cultural situation and the location of an individual. The accurate, effective and unambiguous communication is hard to achieve.

Types of communication:

1. Verbal communication: This includes telephonic, face to face or communication through the media.

2. Non-verbal communication: It includes body language and gesture.

3. Written communication: It includes letters, e-mail, magazines and the books.

4. Visualization: It includes the maps, logos etc.

An effective communicator always tries to choose the appropriate communication channel and effectively encodes the message to reduce the misunderstanding by the recipient.

This is false. Both verbal and nonverbal messages fall within the domain of communication with others, and often non-verbal messages can reveal a lot more than verbal, for example, non verbal language often shows if someone is lying or not, even if the verbal part doesn't let you realize this.

What is it about Medical Law and Ethics in junction with Records Management that excites you and how will you go about studying
Ksenya-84 [330]

This isn't something I can answer for you. The question is asking what you find interesting about Medical law and Ethics. After a quick google search it looks like you may be studying from a book with the same title. I recommend looking for something in their you find interesting and saying why you do. Then add something about focusing on that interest in the way you will study the course.
