Which number is the solution of m + 90 = 150

Biology

3 0
M+90=150
minus 90 in both sides
m=60
lukranit [14]3 years ago
3 0

The solution is the number 150, because that's what the answer will turn out to be

M is the variable and 90 is what will be subtracted from both side

The equation is saying that 90+ an unknown number is 150

Trace fossil because a trace fossil is a fossil of a footprint, trail, burrow, or other trace of an animal rather than of the animal itself.

Choose the correct statements 1.Self-pollination occurs when the pollen from the anther is deposited on the stigma of the same f
Mamont248 [21]

Answer: The correct statements are 1 and 2:

1.Self-pollination occurs when the pollen from the anther is deposited on the stigma of the same flower, or another flower on the same plant.

2.Cross-pollination is the transfer of pollen from the anther of one flower to the stigma of another flower on a different individual of the same species.

Explanation:

Pollination is the transfer of pollen grains from an anthers to a receptive stigma. In most species of flowering plants, external agents bring about pollination. Also, flowers have evolved special structures and mechanisms to ensure successful pollination.

There are two types of pollination

--> Self pollination: This takes place when mature pollen grains from the anther of a flower fall on the stigma of the same flower or that of another flower on the same plant. This type of pollination brings the male gametes and egg cells of the same plant together. The resultant offspring show very little genetic variation.

--> Cross pollination: This occurs when mature pollen grains of a flower are transferred to the stigma of a flower of another plant of the same or closely related species. This brings the male gametes and egg cells of two different parent plants together. Therefore, there is greater genetic variation among the offspring.

What does the number of electrons on the outer energy level of an atom tell you
adell [148]
Well, first off it tells you the number of valence electrons (because that’s what those are valence electrons) it also tells you how that atom is going to bond with other atoms (whether it will tend to loose or gain electrons when in chemical bonds). It also can show how reactive an element is (if it has eight or in some cases two then it won’t react because that outer shell is full)...basically it tells you the chemical properties of that atom
