Replace the C and D with 6 and 7.

1/4 (6) + 3 (7)

6/4 + 21

6/4 + 84/4 = 90/4

90/4 = 22.5

Hope this helps!

1/4(6) + 3(7)
= 1/4 x 6 + 3 x 7
1/4 x 6= 3/2
3 x 7= 21
= 3/2 +21
= 21/1 + 3/2
= 21 x 2/2 + 3/2
=2 x 21 + 3/2
= 45/2

For a moving object, the force is acting on the object varies directly with the object’s acceleration. When a force of 9 N acts
svetlana [45]

Answer:

12 Newtons

Step-by-step explanation:

We can use Newton’s Second Law to find the mass first.

F = ma

9 = 3m

mass = 3

Substitute this into the second equation.

F = ma

F = 3(4)

F = 12N

Hope this helps! :D

Write an equation in slope intercept form with the given information.
NISA [10]

Answer:

y= x +4

Step-by-step explanation:

The slope-intercept form of an equation is given by y= mx +c, where m is the slope and c is the y-intercept.

Start by finding the slope of the line.

\boxed{\text{slope}=\frac{y_1-y_2}{x_1-x_2} }

Slope

=\frac{5-3}{1-(-1)}

=\frac{2}{1+1}

=\frac{2}{2}

= 1

Substitute m= 1:

y= x+c

Finally, find c by substituting a pair of coordinates.

When x= 1, y= 5,

5= 1 +c

c= 5 -1

c= 4

Thus, the equation of the line is y= x +4.
