Left limit is

\lim_{x \to c-} \frac{1}{(x-c)}

=-\infty

Right Limit is

\lim_{x \to c+} \frac{1}{(x-c)}

=+\infty

so, we can see that left limit is not equal to right limit

so, limit does not exist
