Assuming that the given numbers for the perimeter and area of the rectangles are 9 cm and 12 cm.
Then the perimeter being l + w becomes 3 + 3 = 9 cm for the first; 6 + 6 = 12 cm for the second.

Areas would be (3)^2 and (3.5)^2
